Polyurethane Protection by CSBS in the Philippines

Conren has just extended an Agency Agreement with Concrete Solutions Builder & Supply (CSBS) based in Quezon City, Philippines. The Agreement secures CSBS' position as exclusive suppliers and applicators of Conren products in the region.

CSBS has an impressive list of completed projects in numerous industry sectors including highways, bridges, airports, schools, offices, warehousing and shopping malls, working for key clients such as The Philippine Ports Authority, Texas Instruments and The International School of Manila.

One of their latest projects is the installation of Conren ‘Rooftex’ high performance polyurethane waterproofing system at the prestigious new Fairmount Hotel development in Makati City, Philippines.

The Fairmont Makati is due to open in 2010 and will offer 300 rooms and suites, a wide range of meeting and function space, including an 8,000 sq.ft grand ballroom, a large outdoor pool, spa and fitness facilities as well as incorporating a variety of restaurants and bars. The development will also comprise the 30-suite luxury Raffles hotel that will enjoy an exceptional central location within the heart of Manila's Makati central business district.

CSBS will install Rooftex to offer protection to 22,000 m2 of internal ‘wet’ areas and 12,000 m2 of external waterproofing.
