A project with Conren Truegrip anti-skid surfacing has been completed for one of the world’s oldest and most well established insurance groups.

At the Royal & SunAlliance Call Centre in Bristol, a concrete ramp leading to the underground car park with a 1 in 10 gradient was proving a slippery problem.

Conren Limited were called in to provide the solution by installing Truegrip TCD epoxy resin slip resistant surfacing, making it safe for foot traffic and also reducing the risk of vehicle skidding on the ramp.

Truegrip TCD can be used for areas where a textured safety surface is required. Typical applications include pedestrian walkways, footbridges, car parks, cycle paths, wheelchair ramps - in fact any external / semi-exposed area where there is a need to produce a slip resistant finish.
