A high performance, water based, epoxy resin protective coating designed for floors, walls and ceilings. Aquasol is a low odour product and safe to use in confined spaces, near foodstuffs and in fire hazard areas. It is designed for use in pharmaceutical, food and beverage processing plants and other areas where strict hygiene demands a clean room environment.
Where non-slip coatings are required, Conren Stopslip aggregate may be incorporated into the system.
Colours: 8 standard colours are available. Other colours can be formulated on request, from both the BS4800 and RAL colour groups. Certain non-standard colours may be subject to a minimum order quantity or surcharge.

A multi-purpose, heavy duty epoxy resin sealer designed to penetrate and strengthen concrete and other surfaces to protect and improve the appearance of industrial floors and provide a low maintenance finish. It has excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals.

A solvent-free, epoxy resin, non-slip coating designed to provide a hard-wearing, dust-free and chemically resistant finish for flooring in industrial and heavily pedestrianised areas. It can also be used on internal walkways, ramps, car parking sites and other areas where loss of traction is a safety consideration.
The Congrip system can also be used to enhance other Conren products and a number of different grades are available to achieve various surface textures.

An anti-slip, self smoothing and seamless epoxy resin decorative screed that is easily maintained and is 100% impervious. Designed for food and beverage, dairy, chemical, pharmaceutical, electronics, automotive, aerospace and nuclear power industries where aesthetics have to be matched with hygiene and cleanliness.
Three grades are available:
Levelay HD - Standard grade.
Levelay Antistat - Recommended to control the problem of static electricity discharge in sensitive areas such as computer suites, electronic assembly and storage plants, laboratories and hospitals, and flammable storage zones.
Levelay HDT - A textured version designed for the more hazardous working environment, where liquid processes and occasional spillages increase potential safety problems. The textured screed combines high performance non-slip properties with permanency and durability.

A heavy duty, epoxy resin floor screed designed to provide maximum resistance to wear in industrial environments. The screed is designed to be laid on a variety of floor substrates and, when sealed, is completely impervious and resistant to most chemicals, acids, alkalis and solvents. It is many times stronger than concrete and is also designed for civil engineering projects and as a repair mortar for structural concrete.
Where non-slip finishes are required, Conren Congrip may be applied onto the FS Screed: see technical information in this section.
Application thickness: 3 to 20mm. Thicknesses above 20mm can be specified if economics allow – concult with Conren Ltd for recommendations.

An impervious and very hard-wearing, low maintenance, non-slip surface waterproofing membrane designed for car park decks, pedestrian walkways and vehicle access floors. The coating is flexible and accommodates normal substrate movement without cracking.
Colours: 9 standard colours are available to provide demarcation of pedestrian zones, car parking bays and safety aisles. Other colours can be formulated on request, from both the BS4800 and RAL colour groups. Certain non-standard colours may be subject to a minimum order quantity or surcharge. Product colour samples are available on request from the Technical Sales Department.
Conren will carry out site surveys and offer technical advice on the use and performance of all Conren products.

10 RESIN FLOORING: TO CAR PARK DECKS
Preparation:
All substrates to be sound and free from contamination with oil, grease and other matter, removed by grinding, scabbling or shotblasting. Excessive laitance to be removed by vacuum blasting, grinding or light scabbling.
New concrete or cementitious substrates to have been placed for minimum 28 days and give Protimeter reading of less than 80% RH.
Steel substrate to be cleaned to bright metal finish by grinding or shotblasting to S.A. 2.5.
