Conren’s agents in Bahrain – Bader Trading & Contracting Co W.L.L. – are currently installing Rooftex waterproofing compound to the podium and main roofs areas of a luxury new development in the Seef district of Bahrain's capital city Al Manama.

Abraj Al Lulu, also known as The Pearl Towers, is a US$ 252 million project which will cover an area of 18.6 thousand square meters (200 thousand square feet).

The project will comprise three residential towers named Gold Pearl Tower and Silver Pearl Tower (200 meters each) and Black Pearl Tower (160 meters) offering a total of 860 apartment units and each tower will also contain 4 two-floor, 4-bedroom penthouses covering 3,660 square feet (340 square meters).
